The breakfast was very nice. The rooms were clean and newer than expected.
The room was a little small. The outside is dated.

What-a-rip-off. Avoid at all costs- despite rates around $200/night, room was incredibly dirty, bedding felt scratchy and decor was offensive. Lighting was inexcusable.

Location/convenience
No wireless internet access in a hotel that charges $120/night. Rooms are small for this price.

The bathroom was very clean. The temperature of the room was adjustable and comfortable. The building was quiet after 11p even with a large sports team and families with young children all around.
The bed blankets were thin and seemed old. I want to fold down the coverlet in a hotel since everyone sits on it, however, since the bedding felt so thin, I needed to use the coverlet for warmth which made me feel "uncomfortable" in the "Comfort Inn".

Clean, fairly quite, continental breakfast is included and is of good quality and good variety. Good location, close to Downtown Ithaca and Cornell/Ithaca college.
The rooms are really small. I thought it was overpriced, considering it's motel style and it has no amenities.
